Questions of interest about the proposal voting phase
Who can vote?
People can participate in the vote registered in Daimús, older than 16 years before the voting phase begins.
Can I also participate in person?
Yes, you can submit proposals online (using the form you will find on this page) or in person, at the City Hall during public service hours or at the street-level stand that we will set up on Friday, October 10, from 17pm to 20pm, in Plaça Retor Francesc Pons.
How many proposals can I vote for?
A maximum of votes can be cast. three proposals, which will be scored according to the order of priority, awarding 3 points to the first proposal, 2 points to the second and 1 point to the third.

Proposals for maintain the current source
1) Integration of the name of Daimús in trencadís. Proposal to maintain the font and add the name of the municipality, “Daimús”, using the artistic technique of trencadís.
2) Enrichment with vegetation. Proposal to maintain the current fountain and beautify it with the incorporation of ornamental vegetation around it.
3) Representation of the Wind Rose. Proposal to maintain the fountain and include a figure of the Wind Rose as a symbolic element.
4) Name of Daimús in illuminated stone, with vegetation. Proposal to maintain the font and place the letters of the name “Daimús” with a material that simulates stone, with a lighting system to highlight them, with vegetation around.
5) Improvement of lighting. Proposal to maintain the source and increase the number of light points to achieve a substantial improvement in the lighting of the complex.
Proposals for replace the current source
7) New design of the illuminated Daimús name. Proposal to remove the font and replace it with the letters of the name “Daimús” with lighting to highlight them.
8) Mediterranean landscaping. Proposal to remove the fountain and create a landscape design with native plants such as cycads and margallons.
9) Sculpture of fishing and the sea. Proposal to remove the fountain and install a sculpture that symbolizes fishing and the sea, elements of history and the local economy.
10) Representation of the Baebia Quietae Tower. Proposal to remove the fountain and install a figure of the Baebia Quietae Tower, with an information panel about its history that can be easily consulted.
11) Ornamental tree with low vegetation. Proposal to remove the fountain and plant a tree in the center of the roundabout, surrounded by low vegetation.
12) Sculpture of a wave. Proposal to remove the fountain and install a sculpture representing a wave, surrounded by vegetation.
13) Baebia Quietae Tower, fishing and agriculture. Proposal to remove the fountain and install a sculptural composition with the Baebia Quietae Tower in the center, accompanied by two figures representing fishing (facing the sea) and agriculture (facing the fields).
